EV car parking and chargers will be available in the parking area of The Fields Phase II expansion. We value all our residents are excited to offer electric vehicle parking.

  • EV Garage Chargers available at The Fields on Sand Lake in the Spring of 2024

  • $200/month includes the EV parking stall and charging fees

  • Indoor underground stall
  • Must have an electric car to lease this spot

  • Each unit gets one stall with the lease, they would retain that stall and be able to lease this as a second EV parking stall
