Active lifestyle community seeks to expand with new duplex condominiums in Onalaska

Traditional Trades will expand its active lifestyle community at Sand Lake Road in Onalaska. The real estate group plans to add 28 units in duplex condominiums next to its luxury apartment complex, The Fields at Sand Lake.
The new block of units would be connected by a new cul-de-sac extending from the Fields at Sand Lake luxury apartment complex. Traditional Trades is a development and leasing company focused on housing that promotes active lifestyles to people ages 55 and older.
